Your mission
Your mission as Head of Community is to work closely with the Carly users and experts. You are going to establish the world's leading repair & maintenance community for car enthusiasts. The essence of the Carly community is to Share Knowledge, Deliver Relevance and Provide Joy to people, who are experiencing car issues.
Your responsibilities
  • Drive relevant traffic to community pages through all channels
  • Highlight the community as a key product offer in all relevant external communication
  • Kickstart international launches and incremental feature updates
  • Offer and Optimize an engaging feature set / UX for a unique fault community experience
  • Make sure that the community discussion content is knowledgable and useful for car fans reading it
  • Constantly push for more engagement and contribution of the community to keep the relevance high
  • Interact with the Carly community to obtain feedback and help us make the product better
Your profile
  • 6+ years of work experience in the B2C online community/customer engagement space
  • Experience in managing and allocating design and engineering resources. Ability to set technical priorities and see through to completion
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to clearly and concisely communicate an idea or overall project/ program status
  • Ability to communicate and do business across different cultures and countries and have experience working in cross-cultural environments
  • Ability to work as part of a fast-moving, dynamic team and strong will to contribute wherever needed to make an impact

Carly is a cartech company improving car repair and maintenance for millions of car fans worldwide. We provide curated repair and maintenance knowledge and package it in a suitable format. With the help of our product, our customers receive actionable advice. They can then cover a large part of their repair and maintenance on their own, placing them back in control over their vehicles.
