- Support creating memorable first and last days by organizing thoughtful onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Set up new hires for success with timely workspace and equipment preparation
- Partner with hiring managers to streamline recruitment steps and maintain a smooth candidate experience
- Curate culture moments by helping plan meaningful team events and celebrations
- Manage day-to-day office needs with care, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
- Maintain accurate people records and respond swiftly to updates or absences
- Handle invoice tracking and affiliate payouts with precision and timeliness
- Flag team sentiment or people-related risks early to support a healthy, transparent environment
Your profile
- 2+ years of experience in HR or people support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Warm, proactive communicator with a can-do attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and care
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Experience in recruitment coordination or HR systems
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, or productivity platforms (e.g., Confluence, Slack)
- Interest in people experience and office culture development
- Fluent in English —German is a plus.
