Your mission

As a Senior Operations Excellence Manager, your mission is to lead a dynamic transformation in operational efficiency, and positively influence customer satisfaction. With a data-driven decision-making approach, you will optimize workflows, and proactively manage operational risks. Your expertise will not only redefine the standards of customer operations excellence but also elevate the entire Carly customer journey to new heights of success and satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

Overseeing shipping processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Managing legal and tax-related communications, ensuring compliance and addressing any potential tax obligations.
Enhancing order & revoke operations to provide a high level of service and resolve customer inquiries incl. disputes effectively.
Implementing technology quality improvements to optimize operational performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and drive efficiency in all operational aspects.
Leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions, regularly assessing operational performance against predefined benchmarks.
Developing and executing cost-reduction strategies for operation processes, while also maintaining a keen focus on the entire order, revoke and shipping communication journey.
Proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks to maintain and enhance the organization's reputation and performance.

Your profile

You have 2+ years of proven experience in a Customer Operations or a similar Operations-facing position.
You enjoy providing valuable feedback to your team, adjusting your work based on quarterly feedback, and actively pursuing additional insights for personal and team development.
You excel at juggling a busy workload, supporting and guiding other team members to keep things running smoothly.
You take an active role in projects, guide your peers, and eagerly tackle problems, always seeking ways to improve and grow.
You are a team player, who respects and contributes to fostering a positive work environment while agilely handling challenges.
You are fluent in English; German is a nice-to-have.
