Your mission

Step into an influential role as a Technical Content Writer at Carly! Become the driving force behind our car repair and maintenance content. With your automotive expertise and skill in content localization, you will transform customer insights into success, bringing Carly to the forefront of automotive technology.

Your responsibilities

Develop, manage, and own the editorial calendar for R&M content, ensuring all materials are in sync with product structures and designs.
Create and maintain a centralized asset source for all content, facilitating easy access and reuse across various platforms.
Liaise with mechanics and automotive experts to review and verify the technical accuracy of all mechanical content.
Optimize all SEO-relevant content to enhance visibility and drive engagement.
Implement a systematic approach to track content coverage, gather customer feedback, and adjust content strategy based on analytics and user insights.
Coordinate with the development team to identify and address urgent cases, ensuring content and translations are updated for app releases, web changes, and promotional materials.
Evaluate and contribute to the technical correctness of automotive and non-automotive content, including service guides, blog posts, and FAQ articles.
Monitor and analyze user engagement and technical issues via analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve content effectiveness and product functionality.

Your profile

You have detailed knowledge in Automotive Engineering and hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism or related field.
You have proven experience in technical writing. Automotive repair and maintenance content are a plus.
You possess a strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
You are able to translate complex automotive technical concepts into clear, engaging content for a general audience.
You have experience with content management systems, localization platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel).
Your organizational skills are excellent, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
You are fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus for localization tasks.
Your communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including mechanics, product managers, and developers is top notch.
You are detail-oriented with a commitment to technical accuracy and creative storytelling.
You have a passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in the latest car repair technologies and trends.
